Short product how-to video

The goal of this project was to create a video that would help customers navigate a frequent task needed to be performed in our product.

Overall aims:

Keep the tone on brand - our brand was casual and fun, not too formal or stuffy
Communicate the basic information needed in a quick, digestible package
Only include information relevant in most situations, do not speak to every potential situation a customer might encounter
