The goal of this project was to create reference guides for all warehouse processes to establish consistency and repeatability.
Overall aims:

Define warehouse processes so they are consistent and repeatable.

Cover all relevant details so anyone unfamiliar with a process can understand how to complete it.

Create a master SOP guide to make sure resources are easy to find and there is a clear source of truth.
